We want you to know exactly where your order ships from and when to expect it. The shipping option at checkout always shows where an item ships from and its delivery time.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Holidays, peak seasons, weather and customs checks can add a few days.
Orders with items from different locations
If your order includes items from more than one location, they ship separately and arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number. You are not charged extra for this.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs, or free shipping where offered, are shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. For items shipping from China, tracking can take 3–5 business days to show movement while the parcel travels to the United States. This is normal.
Import duties and customs (US orders)
For orders delivered in the United States, import costs for items from our international warehouse are included in our prices and shipping. You should not be asked to pay anything at delivery. If a carrier ever asks you to pay a duty or fee, please contact us before paying and we will help.
Orders outside the United States
Where we offer international shipping, the rate and delivery time are shown at checkout. Import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility.
Late, lost or damaged parcels
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of shipping (US items) or 30 business days of shipping (items from China), contact us at jdmanursingschoolshopify@gmail.com. We will check with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, send a replacement or give you a full refund.
If your item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or refund you. You do not need to send the item back.
Address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can change the address only before the order ships. We are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address given at checkout.
